Shipping & Return

Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of payment confirmation, unless on back order. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays caused by USPS, holidays, or inclement weather. We do not ship on weekends, and international shipping is not currently available.

 

Please be aware that due to the nature of our product and federal health regulations, all hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds for any hair extension orders. However, if you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Please note that we will not accept exchanges for items that show any signs of being worn. Hair extensions must be in their original, unopened packaging. Our hair undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the finest virgin hair.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
    Once your payment is processed, it takes 2-4 business days (if ordered Monday-Friday) before 5pm. All orders will be assigned a tracking number and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. In the event of high order volume or back-order supplies, processing times may be delayed in which you will receive an email notification.
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
    We cannot make ANY changes to an order after it is placed. Please be sure to review your shopping cart and double check your personal information when placing your order to ensure proper delivery. Your billing and shipping address must match in order for you to receive your order. We will not be responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process.
  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
    We offer standard 5-7 days shipping (available Monday-Saturday) in the U.S. for a flat rate of $10, which is added to your final sale. We generally ship all orders Monday - Saturday. Please note that our 5-7 days shipping time is in addition to our 2-4 days order processing time.
  • WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY INDULGE BUNDLES?
    Upon receiving your Indulge bundles, please note that they have already been shampooed and conditioned. Therefore, there is no need for additional shampooing. Take a moment to inspect the hair's quality, checking for any issues such as tangling or shedding. You have a window of 3 business days from the delivery date to perform this quality check. Should you encounter any problems with the hair, kindly contact us immediately, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you. However, please note that if the hair has been cut, colored, altered, or installed (worn), we cannot proceed with an exchange, and the sale will be considered final. Refunds are not offered. For the best results, we highly recommend having a professional install the hair.
  • HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BUNDLES?
    To keep your bundles in optimal condition, we suggest following these care instructions. It is essential to shampoo your bundles at least every two weeks using a hydrating shampoo and deep conditioner. This regular moisturizing routine prevents the hair from drying out and tangling. Additionally, we recommend utilizing a leave-in conditioner and our Thermal Shield Heat Protectant Spray when styling. These practices will help maintain the health and appearance of your hair.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY INDULGE BUNDLES LAST?
    With proper care, your Indulge bundles will last a year or longer. Lace closures usually last 3-4 months. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontals have a shorter life span and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear.
