All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours of payment confirmation unless on back order. Items on back order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. You typically get your package within 3-5 business days once your order has shipped. Faster shipping options are also available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost packages or any delay in shipping, caused by USPS, holidays, or bad weather. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair must be in original packaging and unopenend. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.
